1. Who we are

404 Human Found is a brand and service of 404HumanFound LLC ("404 Human Found," "we," "us"), Rochester, MI, United States. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What we provide

We design, build, and operate AI-assisted workflows and AI "workers" that support a business's real work across channels such as phone, chat, and web. Our services are intended to assist your team, with human oversight retained for decisions that require judgment. We currently serve businesses based in the United States only.

3. Human oversight and the limits of AI

Our AI workers assist with routine, repeatable tasks and prepare work for people to review. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, and they do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice. You are responsible for defining where a human must review or approve, and for that human review actually taking place. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, response, or result produced by an AI worker.

4. Orders, fees, and billing

Plans and fees are described on our pricing page. Starter and Professional plans include a one-time setup fee in addition to the monthly fee; Enterprise and On-Premise engagements are scoped and quoted individually. Submitting a request through our site is not a binding order; we confirm scope, fees, and terms with you before any service goes live. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the services lawfully, and not to use them to harass, deceive, or harm others, to violate any law, or to handle data you are not permitted to handle. You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide and for any approvals your workflows require.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to our software, methods, designs, and materials. You retain rights to your own content and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services during your engagement. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the services for you.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 404HumanFound LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable order or agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the services or others.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Michigan.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
