Work on something the team already understands. Their expertise is what lets them judge whether the AI output is helpful.
Demonstrate the review
Show a correct draft, an incomplete draft, and a plausible mistake. Practice finding the source and deciding what to change.
Agree the boundaries
Make it clear which tools may be used, what information can be shared, and which outputs need approval. Keep a person available for questions.
Keep what works
Save useful instructions and examples. Review them when the workflow or tool changes, and make room for feedback from the people doing the work.
